Trained as a Landscape Architect and Urban Designer, Joseph brings an understanding of the linkages that create vibrant, sustainable, and successful communities. Over his career he has positively impacted over 100 communities in a variety of project scales ranging from 700 square foot art installation to a 700 acres area master plan, urban to rural, and micro to macro detailing. He has a passion for positively impacting communities and their stakeholders through housing feasibility studies, large-scale brownfield residential developments, mixed-use master plans, community scale streetscapes and transit corridor planning. His diverse set of skills have been employed across a variety of markets and at all stages of the development process. Whether the commission is a long-range visioning strategy, site-specific planning, or construction management, Joseph strives to exceed the stakeholder’s expectations.
